Thank you for your Lease Application submission.
Please note that all additional children over 18 or adults other than the primary applicant must fill out a separate application.
To process the application we need the following:
1. Drivers license or State ID card
2. Social security card
3. Recent pay stub
All applications require a $30 application fee.
Your application fee can now be paid here online through PayPal, a safe and secure transaction and payment can be made via your own PayPal account or with credit card.
If you can not pay online through PayPal you can bring payment in-person to our office within three (3) business days. After three business days any application received without receipt of application fee payment will be discarded
